The\u00a0Network Rationalization Initiative  <a HREF=\"http:\/\/www.httpip.xyz\" title=\"purchase a domain name cheap\">is the\u00a0multi-phase,<\/a>  multi-year effort announced in 2011 to balance mail processing infrastructure costs against current and anticipated mail volumes\u00a0and successfully right-size\u00a0the postal processing network.<\/p>\n<p>The decision to defer the next phase of the initiative was based upon operational considerations, and was made to ensure that the Postal Service will continue to provide prompt, reliable and predictable service consistent with the published service standards.<\/p>\n<p>The planned consolidation activities will resume in 2016.<\/p>\n<p>The Postal Service will continue to implement network efficiencies and pursue service performance improvements as it has always done. <a style=\"text-decoration:none;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.backupio.info\" title=\"internet safety statistics\">internet use statistics<\/a> . <a style=\"text-decoration:none;color: inherit !important;\" TITLE=\"ip domain info\" HREF=\"http:\/\/www.domain-server.xyz\" >my site ip<\/a> .< \" \" src=\" \">  <A title='Tobibuwoodbio' HREF='https:\/\/tobibuwoodbio.wordpress.com' >Tobibuwoodbio<\/A> .<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Network Rationalization Initiative The Postal Service has decided to defer most of the plant consolidations that were scheduled to take place this summer as the final stage of its Network Rationalization Initiative.
